We file all insurance for patients; we are skilled at helping patients get all of the benefits they are entitled to from their insurance company. Dr. Dick is not a contracted provider with any insurance company. We do not accept TennCare or Medicaid. We accept: VISA, MC, Discover and American Express and we have a senior discount program.

• What type of payment plans do you offer?
  CareCredit offers a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000. Please note: All plans may not be available at all healthcare providers. To find out which plans are available in your provider's practice, be sure to speak with the Office Manager or Financial Coordinator.

No Interest Payment Plans

• 3, 6, & 12 month plan options
• No interest if monthly payments are received on time and if the balance is paid within the specified time period
• Low minimum monthly payments

Extended Payment Plans

• 24, 36, & 48 month plan options
• For treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000
• 9.90% interest rate
• Monthly payments as low as $25 for a $1,000 fee balance
